Lamers is member of the Dutch Association of Labour Law:
Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht (VAR). Together with Prof. dr. R. Blanpain and Mr. D.C. Buijs she wrote a preliminary report in 1997 about co-determination at European level.

IES: Lamers is member of the Conseil Administratif of the Institut European des juristes en droit social, established at Paris. IES is an European association of lawyers, scientists, social partners, businesses and so on, all dedicated to social law and its future in a European context.
